The pump on my swamp cooler went out yesterday when my outdoor thermometer said it was 105! I installed a new one this morning myself but unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. TLC got James out to my house several hours ahead of the estimated time on a Saturday - that was the first of many pluses. James was able to figure out and fix the problem with an odd old fuse box attached to the unit. He was very courteous and professional and got the job done in record time. I and my animals are cool again. Yea!

Carlos Ramirez and his crew came on time and changed swamp cooler out and installed refrig. a/c. They worked steady and were very professional, as well as courteous. Dakota, the electrician, was part of crew . OUTSTANDING JOB DONE BY ALL.

Critters made a meal of the reset button on one of our outside central a/c compressors. Keanu came up with a brilliant fix that saved us thousands by not having to replace the unit or do a very expensive repair.

Antonio L**** did an excellent job responding to a broken outdoor spigot that was leaking into our wall. Antonio was on-site (on Memorial Day no less!) less than one hour after our call. He was professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining the technical problem, the solution, and pricing. He did a great job of removing and replacing the broken spigot with minimal impact despite a hard-to-access installation. We're very happy with the result, and would recommend Antonio and TLC to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Rich (and Tommy who assisted) were knowledgeable and efficient in clearing the roots blockage thru our sewer clean-outs. Eric H*** was out on May 10th to do a refrigerated air install. Once the work was underway he kept right at it for several hours till completion. This guy worked hard in the scorching heat. A professional with great customer skills. The system is working great. Give this guy a pay raise. TLC can be proud of this guy.
