Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with his service. Excellent experience and made it so easy to understand. I am definitely requesting him again for when my wife and I get our RO and water softener installed, which he quoted us for while he was there winterizing the swamp cooler. This is an awesome company! I contact TLC around 6:30 PM via their website to request an appointment for a clogged garbage disposal. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service rep, Irvin, was running late. He showed up with a smile and an apology. It only took about 15 minutes for him to clear it. He cleaned up everything. And then he waived the charge for the visit, due to the lateness of his arrival and it being a small job. You guys were wonderful!! We heard an invisible water leak and you sent Jeff T. to find it. It was in an extremely difficult location under the concrete slab but after a lot of effort, Jeff diagnosed the location perfectly. Eric and Jack then took on the tough job of breaking out tile and concrete and digging by hand to locate and repair the leak. Chad has been servicing our home's electrical needs for years. He is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile for his customers. While installing new exterior lights on our home, he noticed an inappropriate install on wiring in our garage attic. I call TLC for everything. They installed a new swamp cooler this year and it worked perfectly. A couple of weeks ago I came home to a waterfall from the ceiling, right under where I knew the air conditioner is. It was a mess. Eric S.
