Chico from TLC Plumbing & Utility installed a new Breezair swamp cooler on 10/5/2017. After removing the old cooler he had to do a complete sheet metal and flashing rebuild because of the extensive rust damage caused by water. Much of the rebuild was below ground level and up to where the metal duck work enters the house. Chico then installed the new Breezair cooler.
