Plumbing problems in my 75 year old home are my nemesis, and a leak under my kitchen sink was just one more challenge it threw at me. Cliff S*** came today to hook up our air conditioning. He called before coming and was very professional and arrived on time, actually earlier then scheduled, which was even better for us. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and explained what he did. 4/26/2018 Dave L**** just finished my frigerated air seasonal change over and he did an excellent job. He vacuumed the inside of the unit, washed-out the cooling coils, and tested the capcitator. Dave answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. He was well dressed and groomed. One thing he did that took me by surprise was that when he entered my house to get the bill ready, he put on red shoe booties to keep any dirt on his shoes from tracking in the house. TLC plumbing did a great job. I needed a high pressure toilet installed and Will S***** was very professional and cleaned up the mess. My parents have used TLC for years and now that I am back in Rio Rancho I knew who to call!

TLC’s service person Rob not only checked, cleaned, and corrected our water purification system, he gave me a full lesson in how to better care for it. He was good natured, patient, arrived right on time, and did a fantastic job. I strongly recommend TLC based on this experience.

We've used TLC for a variety of reasons over the last several years. First, routine issues, plumbing and electrical with a remodel when we moved into this home. Then a leaky toilet, etc. Recently we had a slab leak that left 2-3 inches of muddy water on our first floor. I didn't hesitate to call TLC, that was a huge job that needed to be done right and it was. The leak had to be located, caped, re-routed, hot water heater replaced...the list goes on.
