He resolved an issue with a heater in my home and took the time to review heating options for a concern that I had mentioned to him. TLC has always been the company we call when we have an issue. Today was no exception. We had a bad clog and Mike J came out and worked on what we hoped would just take a couple hours. He spent the whole day working on the problem and got it solved. He worked with me to keep the service as affordable as possible and was extremely professional.
