Have had three separate A/C & plumbing issues lately. Have had three different technicians come out from TLC. All have been top notch, professional. They really know how to conduct themselves.

Chico from TLC Plumbing & Utility installed a new Breezair swamp cooler on 10/5/2017. After removing the old cooler he had to do a complete sheet metal and flashing rebuild because of the extensive rust damage caused by water. Much of the rebuild was below ground level and up to where the metal duck work enters the house. Chico then installed the new Breezair cooler. I just want to tell you how wonderful the after hours crew was on this night. Natalie was wonderful even though I was a bit gruff and just not nice (but in my defense I was ill). I had called her twice and each time she was very professional and reassuring. The Service Pro Roman M was also very efficient, informative and reassuring. I am educated now on how I contributed to the drain back up issue (yuck-o). I could not recommend TLC more. Thank you!
