Antonio L**** did an excellent job responding to a broken outdoor spigot that was leaking into our wall. Antonio was on-site (on Memorial Day no less!) less than one hour after our call. He was professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining the technical problem, the solution, and pricing. He did a great job of removing and replacing the broken spigot with minimal impact despite a hard-to-access installation. We're very happy with the result, and would recommend Antonio and TLC to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Rich (and Tommy who assisted) were knowledgeable and efficient in clearing the roots blockage thru our sewer clean-outs. We were able to feel confidence that the job was accomplished properly and efficiently and moved on with our day. Our phone call and response/scheduling was easy and fast.

Eric H*** was out on May 10th to do a refrigerated air install. Once the work was underway he kept right at it for several hours till completion. This guy worked hard in the scorching heat. A professional with great customer skills. The system is working great. Give this guy a pay raise. TLC can be proud of this guy.

I had Brandon Saiz come out and turn on my swamp cooler today. He did it very quickly and professionally, and even went out of his way to explain some of the inner details of my swamp cooler to me.

Scott S******** is an excellent representative of what TLC has to offer. He efficiently did maintenance work on our central air conditioning unit so we are up to speed for the Summer. Upon completion he explained everything he did with the unit, changed our filter, left us with a positive feeling that all was well and encouraged us to call anytime should a problem arise. We have called on TLC many times over the years (both large and small problems) and have yet to be disappointed with their service.

Plumbing problems in my 75 year old home are my nemesis, and a leak under my kitchen sink was just one more challenge it threw at me. Cliff S*** came today to hook up our air conditioning. He called before coming and was very professional and arrived on time, actually earlier then scheduled, which was even better for us. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and explained what he did.
