I would like put in an excellent review for TLC Plumbing and Heating in Alb, NM. We were in need of a new heater and Carlos R****** the company Tech put the heater in quickly and expertly. He was very friendly and took care of all aspects of our heating problem. Some how he became aware of our financial situation; we found the need to take out a loan to pay for the work. Stellar service! I called on a Monday afternoon, and they came to my toilet Tuesday morning. Santiago arrived within the appointment window, and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he insisted on wearing shoe covers to protect my flooring. He was polite and professional, assessing the issue quickly and explaining the solution. Keanu and Simm arrived promptly at around 10 am. They called me several times to say they were on their way, though I didn't hear the phone. They completely checked out my furnace to be sure it was clean, well functioning and safe. They demurred at looking at the level of coolant in my refrigerated air compressor, saying it would be better to do that in the spring.
