It may have taken three weeks to get an appointment but once the service arrived it was exceptional. (This is a busy time of year for cooler/heater changeover.) The technician, James C, shut down the cooler and thoroughly checked and started up the heater all while finishing the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. James C went above and beyond expectation and I am very pleased with the service I received. I plan to continue to call TLC with any HVAC and plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Will S***** was the person who came to my house to fix a clogged line and do some work fixing the washer line to the garbage disposal. he came at the time he said he would. He was extremely polite and helpful. he worked quickly and got the job done very well. I really appreciate what he did and would specifically ask for him again (which I will do soon for some other work.) Give him five star rating with all the plus signs.

The guys from TLC installed our new gas line and our new floor furnace. Phil and Gavin are great: helpful, funny, educational, efficient. We are very pleased with their work. We recommend them highly.

Sewer ejector pump failed and we needed quick repair. TLC responded immediately and did an outstanding job. Their technician, Ralph G. was one of the best we have ever worked with. He was on time, polite and knew what needed to be done. Great work and a reasonable price. Would use them again.

Prompt same day service (actually, within 2 hours) and the problem was fixed expeditiously. The service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable and gave us pointers on how to alleviate any future problems with the system. The price for procedure was exactly as quoted at appointment setting.
