We woke up Saturday morning to a cold house -- one we've been renting for 11 years. The furnace had quit sometime during the night. Called TMG emergency maintenance, left a message and got an almost immediate call back from Jessica O****. She arranged to have an electric heater delivered to provide temporary heat. Ellen is the “numbers” person on TMG’s Excellent management team and could not have been a kinder and more patient person as she explained the financial management to me of inherited property. I had so many questions and a ( very) steep learning curve. Her explanations to me in person as well as her response time to me via email was always courteous, well clarified and immediate. Great Lady!

I called to schedule a property viewing and spoke with Michael. Michael was extremely helpful, up beat, and also seemed very genuine. He provided me with all the necessary information I needed to move forward in the process. He also made sure to explain the special circumstances surrounding COVID protocols and did a wonderful job explaining how these protocols differ from pre-Covid times. So far this has been my only interaction with the company but based off this single experience I would recommend to friends and family.

Apartment is spacious with small patio off of kitchen. My particular apartment works well for wheelchairs but I wish the toilets were higher. Management is always easy to work with and responds right away. Maintenance also takes care of problems in a timely fashion. Never had to wait unnecessarily long. I like that I am able to take care of everything online. I only have two major problems. The amount the rent increases each year Is larger than my SS increase.
