I currently had to move on short notice and decided to relocate to Vancouver. I called and met with several rental agencies and by far the staff at TMG were the most friendly and beyond helpful!!!! I've had my issues with TMG regarding the HOA and the situation with the location of our home due to the "green trees track" that separate another townhome units that are located on the backside with trimming in the past...getting better with the follow ups recently. We've been working with TMG for two years and have been very pleased with their services. Dave from the maintence department is always very pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable. Today he repaired a couple mouse holes under my kitchen sink and tightened a door knob which has been loosened during an att empted break-in. I appreciate and rely on his expertise and professionalism.
