Our property manager Julie A******* has been incredibly helpful with use in overseeing our rental. She is very punctual with appointments as evidenced by our request to visit the property while it was vacant. Also, there were some issues with the painters and she addressed that matter immediately. She gets five stars and sorry that there were not higher ratings of her service to us and our property

I have no complaints! They're professional, and take pride in their buildings and property. When I moved in, the apartment was (and is) very clean and the landscaping was and is, very well maintained. Maintenance is prompt, whenever a work order is placed and the manager is also prompt and courteous.

I signed up with TMG to manage my rental house after a disappointing experience with another company. Hands down TMG has exceeded my needs and allowed me to not worry about my rental property. My manager David is always on top of whatever issues may be occurring at the house. If any repairs or other problems come up, I know things will be handled quickly and fairly for both myself and the tenant. I look forward to a continuing business relationship with TMG!
