Quality not the same this time? (April 2020) I've bought this exact item several times from this source. The last time was April 18th. It is now May 31st and the toner has to be replaced. Usually the toner has lasted me 6 months; I wonder if this is either not genuine or not high yield..... I bought the same item from a different source today.
BROTHER REPLACEMENT TONER CARTRIDGE TN360 SHOWS "EMPTY" AFTER PRINTING LESS THAN 10 COPIES. This product is a replacement BROTHER TONER CARTRIDGE TN360. It is for a BROTHER HL-2170W printer. I am 79 years old and can't go out my local UPS STORE to return it, and take a chance of exposure to the corona virus. I guess I am out of luck., though a refund for purchase price of $64.98 would be appreciated. Sincerely, Mark Murray
No substitute for the original Tried some of those “refurbished” units. Disappointing. Gray cast over the entire page and streaks. Will never short change myself again.

Should have bought from Brother Barely printed 2000 pages and went into low toner. I believe these are regenerated cartridges that nobody checked.
Does Not. Usually find running through Amazon's "does it fit?" is accurate. Not so much, this toner cartridge. Can understand if it was a non-branded cartridge, but... this is Brother to Brother. Not so happy is this sister. o_O

For those still using older tech I have a Brother HL-2170W series laser printer that I purchased at least a decade ago, and thankfully these cartridges are still available for it. These are rated as "Brother Genuine" product, so not a knockoff brand. I was tempted to save some money and buy the generic version but wanted to make sure I got a quality product.
