Doesn't come close to 2,600 copies I thought I would be safe buying a genuine Brother cartridge. I was wrong. I don't use my printer much so it takes awhile to get a couple hundred copies made. Now, I'm about 400 copes in and the lone toner message is appearing. I'm past the return period. You might be better off buying a reconditioned cartridge for 1/3 the price then you won't feel ripped off when you spend over $60 for a genuine cartridge for a few hundred copies.
empty or faulty cartridge sold Second cartridge did not work upon installation , i trouble shoot the reason, and discovered that i received a cartridge that was either refurbished or just empty, the paper seal on the side of that cartridge was broken. I bought and paid for NEW CARTRIDGE. Extremely disappointed to find myself in the mid of the very busy day with one of the printers
Not good A black patch is printed. No more got a new color Canon. Hope it will be better..
OEM products cost more for a reason! You can not believe the reviews you read-except this one of course- when researching a "compatible" product. Your printer doesn't recognize the substitute product. Certain functions on your printer won't work. I can not stand to see the toner low light on after I use an aftermarket product of questionable quality. Do your self a favor: OEM only!
Leaking toner I bought this genuine Brother toner because I wanted good quality and no issues. The cartridge started leaking toner powder not long after I installed it. When I searched how I could repair it, everything showed that there is no repair, you must replace. I am very disappointed. Will not purchase ever again.
Apply tape to enhance page yield It's a Brother OEM cartridge with excellent print quality. The cartridge has small round windows at both ends. The printer shines a light end to end through the windows to detect low toner--often prematurely. To prolong usable life, place a small piece of tape over a window to block the light. Continue to use the cartridge as long as print quality is satisfactory.
Very poor quality I can't print using this toner, paper jam in the toner every time I try to print. Waste of money and paper. Do not buy.
black lines all over printed papers honestly I have had cheaper Ink that was better.... I have had nothing but streaked paper since this ink was purchased. i have blamed it on the printer but after listening to how to fix this problem it is the ink.... duh right see if you can exchange or return .... well my window is closed for that as i have been trying to figure this problem out not knowing it was the ink.......
Stops Printing After a While The quality of the print is superior. But then it decides when it's done and now it won't print any more pages, even though the print quality is still outstanding. Kind of weird, like they're forcing you to get another one, which I won't.
