The item did not work!! These toner cartridges ... The item did not work!! These toner cartridges have a flag that indicated when a cartridge is empty. The cartridge I received although it was factory sealed, indicated that it was empty. Don't buy!!
Out of toner in less than 3 months? uh I installed this toner cartridge roughly three months ago and, after normal usage (nowhere near 2,600 pages), it's already showing low on toner. so much for relying on genuine Brother supplies...

Arrived with open package......and sold as new Mine arrived and the sealed toner packaging had previously been opened and amazon sold it as new. It appears that it is working fine but I have no way of knowing if it is completely full of Toner since it was opened. This not typical of Amazon but needed to warn others. I should have opened the package before the return expiration but did not need to install the toner immediately.
Quality going down I've purchased this from Amazon for 2 years. Have had no problems, as 1 toner cartridge usually lasts me about 9 months. However, the last 2 that I've purchased(Dec. 2016, and April 2017) have only lasted me 4 months.
I need the 630 and ordered the 360 the 360 .. nit had safety tape removed can I have xchange for 630. I need the 630 and ordered the 360 the 360 is to big can I exchange it for a size 630
Three Stars Works but price is high. Brother configures machines to make it difficult to use another supplier.
Fake!!! This is not the usual Brother toner cartridge quality I always get. The toner literally rubs off of the page. It looks like terrible quality and smells worse than usual. I will not be buying again and this product needs to be certified that it is actually what it says it is!
