Yep, only buy brand name with toner. Bought a generic toner first and ended up needing to return it. Buy this one, and save yourself a headache.
Check the cartridge in the printer. This one was the correct toner, easy to install and it works great. I ordered one before this one and it said it was the correct one for the model I have. The 1st one wasn't the correct one and by the time I figured it out I had voided the warranty. All my fault for not confirming the exact tonner in my machine.
Does what is is supposed to do Great price and quick delivery. As the title states - it does what it is supposed to do. Can't ask more than that.
Never a problem with Brother The OEM Brother toner cartridges are great. I have been using them for more than ten years on different Brother copy printer machines and never had a problem, but they are pricey. Just tried an aftermarket brand for the first time in November, 2017 and it was crap. Back to Brother.
It is supposed to last 2500 pages. Barely printed ... It is supposed to last 2500 pages. Barely printed 1,000 over a month. This is second cartridge which had under-performed in last 3 months. I am going to ask for a refund.
Doesn't last as long as advertised I have had this cartridge about 16 months, and it is leaking toner on the roller and fading out. No toner light shows on the printer. I do not have an exact copy count, but I have not purchased more than two reams of paper in the last year, so I doubt I made more than 1,000 copies on a cartridge touted to deliver 2,600.Update: I pulled toner cartridge away from drum unit, and found I could clean the drum with alcohol and a cotton swab. Works as promised. It's toner, from the manufacturer. It works. Not much else to say.
Three Stars I wish 'High Yield" meant longer lasting.
Got a bad Cartridge. Problem with this cartridge. I am outside of the return window now, these always last me a very long time and this one is showing almost out of ink on the printer window. I am not too happy after buying the product that's meant to go with the printer. I've bought these before and had no issue.
