The worst quality toner I've ever used Only 1 week after replacing the toner (less than 100 copies printed), there is a thick line getting printed on each print. I opened up to see the toner, and there is a line of ink missing that is causing this issue. My returnable date passed three days ago, but you can be assured I'll get my money back from this shady dealer.
Great product, very poor environmental concern I am very satisfied with the product, great print quality, great cartridge life. What I am concerned about is the lack of a return label. In the past there has always been a return label packed with the cartridge. I am a little surprised and disappointed that the environment is now taking a back seat. Perhaps its just a sign of the times?
Stingy Toner The first toner we ordered worked longer than this recent one we received. My wife is secretary to a small school reunion. They have a base of about three thousand and in a good year she might make five or six hundred copies. No more than 500 pages This was my second purchase, and both cartridges did not last over 500 pages. Do not waste your money.
Stopped printing after less than 100 prints It was able to print only about 100 prints so waste of money.
Leaked! This is an older printer but this cartridge has leaked a lot of toner when printing. Everything wemkeing turns the paper grey. I believe this was not the best cartridge of the lot.
Initial on received defective - Amazon quickly took care of me The initial one I received would not work in my brother printer. Only received an error message. It looked like the gears on the side were locked. Amazon took good care of me immediately. I returned this one and they shipped another one that arrived the next day. That one worked. I prefer to buy OEM toners because I typically do not have problems with them. This is the only exception. 1 star for the product, 5 stars for Amazon!
Toner issue Dislike. Cartridge has a hole in the side and the toner leaked out. Not useable!!
PLEASE RECYCLE AFTER USE! If thrown in the trash it won't decompose. I found this online : Once you've collected the empty ink cartridges and small personal electronics you wish to discard, go to Earth911.com to look for the nearest recycling center. You can also drop off your used cartridges at the closest Walgreens®, Costco®, Staples®, Office Depot®, or major office supply store nearest you.
