Brother TN360 Toner Catidge My order from Amazon was grrrreattt!!! I couldn't beat the price, it was the name brand and not a generic and it arrived a few days after ordering. My previous experience was to get my toner cartridge from our local office store. I paid more for that tone and when I went to get it, they only had the store brand which they assured me was just as good as the name brand. It lasted three months instead of six months and it had some mechanical issues. I think I will be sticking to Amazon in the future.

My complements to Amazon When I first ordered this toner cartridge from Amazon sent by USPS it was sent back to the vendor "unable to be delivered" to my home address after several weeks. I was disappointed since I had previously recieved many items from Amazon on time and at my address, with no issues. I did receive my money back from Amazon since the item was returned. Fraudulent product representation The toner cartridges were advertised as "OEM Brother". These were "compatible cartridges". They did not yield the 2600 pages stated for the Brother TN-360 High Yield Toner Cartridge. I recommend that this company be dropped from your network of recommended establishments offered to your customers. I will never do business with this organization again!! Not really worth the savings. This is the first time buying compatible toner cartridges for this printer. It did not even last a week (less than 1 ream of paper) before the printer indicator "toner end of life" came on and stopped printing. I guess it's worth the money if you buy 4 generics vs. 1 authentic, but then what do you do with quadruple the number of cartridges!
What a mess! Here's my advice for removing the balance of the old toner and re-filling your Brother TN-360 High-Yield cartridge with the new toner included in the Laser Tek kit: 1. Do this outside, preferably on your lawn. Send the kids and pets away. 2. Wear old clothes that you won't mind getting stained with black toner powder. 3. Genuine product The main purpose of my review is just to confirm that I did order this exact item from Amazon and it was a genuine OEM high yield Brother TN-360 cartridge. At the time of this writing Amazon has one of the best prices on this OEM cartridge and the free shipping is nice too. As others have said, cover up the clear plastic window with some black tape when your toner out light comes on prematurely, which it will. Too Few Copies After only 6 weeks of light use and only a few hundred copies, toner light came on. Nowhere near the 2600 it promised! Covering up the sensor hole on right side took care of the warning. Will see how many more copies we get before it quits. Disappointed in the lifespan! Thinking of trying cheap remanufactured one next time.
consistent toner purchased about a dozen of these cartridges in the last year, not one issue. and if you've read other reviews for this toner ..... don't worry too much about putting paper on the printer sensor to extend life - - this cartridge prints GREAT straight out of the box.
