Generic Toner The order was not filled with original manufacturer toner as advertised, but after a few communications the shipper issued a full credit to our account. The cooperation from the shipper satisfied and corrected the mistake so no further action was required.
OEM Version Just wanted to confirm that I received an OEM TN-360 for an order placed on May 8th. Any problems Amazon had before seems to have been fixed.
Counting the paper ... I was only able to get 1750 text documents to print through my Brother 2140 laser jet before the print was unbearably light and unacceptable. i did this test twice so far and I get the same result. I am disappointed that did not get anywhere near the 2600 sheets that it quotes as its lifecycle.
Defective Item arrived defective, printed pages with marks on the right margin, I bought it before hand and wanted to have it ready before my old one needed replacement. Luckily I installed before the 30 days return w were up. So be ware and try it before deadline.
It's Toner What can I say other than it is toner for a copier. Amazon blows the door off of everyone else for price on these.
Price and convenience Although I rated this product down for noise, I'm not sure that is fair. My Brother printer produces a squeeky noise while printing. Could be the printer itself, or something about the toner, although the toner cartridge is factory-authorized. I bought this product based solely on price and convenience. My local big-box office supply store is several miles away and charges more, so I save a trip and money.
Good for a little while, then leaks dust all over... I purchased a 3 pack of these to save some money. I wish I had gone with OEM b/c I ended up losing in the end. The first cartridge was ok for a while, then I started to notice spots and streaks on my pages. I opened the printer up and noticed the toner was shedding ink dust. Brother toner cartridge This replacement toner cartridge seems to work fine. I can't tell any difference between it and the brand name cartridge.
Good Value for the Money This is an OEM cartridge. Much more expensive than the will-fits, but I've never had good luck with them, and I've never had any problems with the OEM's. I recommend this.
