did not order this I ordered two 350's and I got one 360 in a box marked 350 I can't use it I hope I can sell it to someone with this printer other wise I am pleased with the service and speed of delivery. Thank you TN360 High yield
Shares same major defect with Brother's OEM cartridges I was not happy to learn that although there is plenty of toner left in my cartridge, it stopped printing in my important printing job because 'toner has reached the end of its useful life'. I won't be buying any more Brother products in the future. This is just a cynical way to make more money. Brother's attitude: 'The customer?' 'Shaft the customer!' Apparently this cartridge loves the idea of doing the same thing to its customers as well. I'm shopping elsewhere!
Buy OEM only Mistakenly wrote a bad review for this product that was meant for a refilled cartridge product. Take it from an IS/IT professional, only buy New OEM cartridges for your Brother printer.
Printouts are blank or barely visible from page#1 Bad quality - the printouts are blank or barely visible and it was hard to fit into the perfectly working original drum of MFC-7840W. Waste of time and money.
Toner This is not an OEM cartridge so I was disappointed in that. It seems to work okay but I am guessing that the cartridge life will not be as good as the oem. The price was good though so I am giving it a neutral rating.
Lots of Printing... I am in grad school, so I print A LOT!!! And this cartridge lasted almost an entire year with me and my wife in school! And the amazon price is the same price as a refurbished at a local ink-replacement store, so why not get the new one!
Toner problems before it runs out With plenty of toner left the product started spewing toner spray all over my print copy. Changed to a new toner and print copy is crystal clear. What is the deal with that?

Not an OEM Brother, doesn't work I ordered this item in January so as to have it on hand when my current cartridge eventually ran out of ink. It ran out in July and I inserted this one. It was a perfect fit but the Brother machine would not recognize it. It kept telling me to reinstall the black ink cartridge. I think the reason for this is that it is an aftermarket product.
