Not detected This toner cartridge frequently fails to be detected by my MFC-L2710DW. I keep having to remove and reinsert the drum to have a chance at being able to use it.
Doesn't work / Empty I purchased this toner cartridge as a back up in Aug of 2018. My previous cartridge finally needed to be replaced so I went and grabbed this one from my closet. After putting it in, my printer continues to say the toner is empty and needs to be replaced. Since I purchased it 6 months ago I am sure a refund / replacement is out of the question but being out $75 bucks bites the big one. I will only purchase direct from Brother in the future
Not a Genuine Part I had ordered this toner a few times with no problems, but this time I got a dud. The printer can't read the toner cartridge and all signs for the reason why points to this not being a genuine Brother toner cartridge. I went to my local office supply store and no problems with the one I bought there. So, back the fake toner goes for a refund.

product states 3.000 pages i am not getting 3 000 print unsatified with product
.03 a page is too expensive. Get ink for so much less. Not comparing quality now, just output.
Printer eats toner My MFC L2500DW said I was low on toner and unlike other printers it just stopped even though I have printed less than 300 pages. I replaced the toner with a brand new TN760 and still get the exact same message. Sucks. My office Brother printer is not an all in one and is a workhorse This one is worthless

Not Compatible with my printer I was really disappointed with this toner. I live in Israel and ordered it to pick up in the USA and bring back to Israel to use in my Brother HL2350DW (great printer!), and when I got it back here it didn't fit into the printer. If you look at the picture attached, the toner on the right is the proper one - it has the wide teeth near the word "brother" and fits into the drum perfectly.
