No Ink Ordered 2 in January just opened the 2nd box and the cartridge didn't have ink and it's working. Passed the date of return or issues?????
Eats toner for breakfast, lies in the description So far, I have gone through two of these, while using less than one team of paper. The only reason I bought a laser printer was the label "Up to 3000 pages". It is absolutely terrible, like 100 pages at MOST! I will never buy another Brother product again, they are total pieces of crap and the company is lying about the performance of this product.
Defective The printer will not accept this cartridge. Can it be returned? Bought another one elsewhere and that one worked just fine.
This toner cartridge won't work The return window for this cartridge was a little over a month after I purchased it. We were using the cartridge that came with the printer and didn't discover that this cartridge doesn't work until this month. We like our printer and Brother products, but I will not purchase them from Amazon again. It is very disappointing to find out a $75 item that Brother support informed me is the problem, I am stuck with.
Printer didn't recognize the cartridge When the original cartridge had printed maybe a few hundred pages, my Brother printer stopped printing and displayed a message saying to replace the cartridge, although the print quality was still fine. I installed a compatible cartridge, but the printer refused to recognize it and would not print. J-U-N-K Garbage. Bought brand new for $74.99 with a new Brother printer after Amazon recommended it. When the time came to replace the toner that came with the printer, the printer wouldn’t recognize it. I can’t return it to Amazon because it’s after the 30 day return window. Feeling cheated & can’t afford another $75 brick.
Don't buy the printer with the chip! Just doesn't last very long for what you have to pay. We are going through a toner cartridge every one to two months with a small office. Since the printer has a chip you have to use their toner which is way more expensive than other brands.
Did not deliver half of promised page count It stopped printing evenly and started looking like it was empty when it was still half-full.
Used for Back Office Paperwork, lasted me 3,100 pages! I'm not sure what type of usage the other reviews had, if they were just printing out all black pages, but I switched to Brother from HP on a recommendation from a friend and I was astounded!!! I went from getting 900 pages on an 2,000 page toner from HP to getting 3,100 pages from my 3,000 page toner cartridge from Brother! Will never go back.
