Does NOT print even 500 pages. Do NOT buy this product. I bought it on 02/04/19 and on 02/24/19 it ran out of ink. I was not able to print even 500 pages.
Set Up Failure I paid $65.00 for Amazon's installers to set up the Printer/fax machine. They left before the machine the Brother Multifunction was operating properly. My office staff worked on it for TWO DAYS diagnosis problem, programming the machine. It is still not functioning at the location our old Dell multifunction fax/printer/copier was working Ten Years. I will never buy office equipment from Amazon again. Only a local full service office equipment vendor like Canon or KonicaMinolta.
Can’t print 3000 pages. The toner can’t print 3000 pages. I only print a hundred of pages. I want to request a return. But it past the return window.
Genuine? Are you sure?? Do I need to elaborate?! Every single page I print has a gross looking edge.... very unprofessional when you're trying to contact clients! I have cleaned it, cleaned the drum, everything and yes, it is the toner! Now I have a bad toner that's high yield so.... I'll be stuck with it for a while.
Look for another printer so you dont have to buy this toner. OK, UP TO 3000 PAGES??? I get that, was expecting to get 2500 pages. Purchased for school due to amount of research that I need to do. Less than 1000 copies! I print 2 sided, and have not even used up a ream of paper. I will tell everyone who asks me, don't but anything this company makes! There is a reason printer is inexpensive, they make up for it by screwing you out of ink!!!
Toner not printing. The tone did not work. I do not know why. When I placed it in the machine it kept showing replace tone. A brand new Brother Genuine High Yield Toner Cartridge would not work.
FAKE CARTRIDGE Just spent an hour on the phone with brother and they noted my page count as 3800 plus with this "new" cartridge. no wonder my printer will not accept it and keeps telling me to replace toner. this is a used cartridge. very disappointed and will not buy from again. worthless.
Waste of money Same ink issue as others. Did not print more than 50 pages!
Toner dried out and sold by Amazon My Brother printer MFC L2710DW has fading printing issues and I bought this new toner with it at the same time. Not even 6 months and having printing problem. By problem solving with brother, had a problem with toner as Brother indicated via phone call. Amazon says a one time exception when I am a prime member and have A to Z guarrantee and that doesn't make sense. I just want people to know what is being said to PRIME MEMBERS.
