get geniune and get printing I have no idea where the negative reviews are from. I do know this: from the minute I installed this toner cartridge, it has been going from strength to strength. No smudges, empty spots, missing text; seriously nothing went wrong here. If you ever get a Brother printer, use only Genuine toner and ink and you cannot go wrong.
Don't buy as backup stock Purchased as a backup. A couple of months later, when I was ready to use it, I discovered it was bunk. Too late to return. Total waste of money.
CRAPPY PROUDUCT...CHEAP PRINTER, EXPENSIVE INK - NEVER AGAIN! Total Rip Off because the "high yield" cartridge does not deliver even close to the stated yield. Makes me mad how often I must re-reorder.
Amazon Order made the difference I purchased our Brother printer from Amazon and was very disappointed because the ink cartridge was hardly visible. I blamed it on the printer, however, I ordered this new one and it worked fine! Don't trust a purchase from Best Buy.....it must have been old and dried up. Sorry, Brother.
second cartridge didn't work After hours of you tube videos trying to get the darn cartridge to work, we've given up. So, we got one cartridge for the price of two, and a big headache.
Copies per Cartridge misleading I have now gone through two toner cartridges and have yet to go through 1000 pages. I would not have bought this printer if I had known just how misleading "3000 pages per cartridge" was! It dose print nice and run well so I will give it a two star.
Arrived nearly empty I purchased a high capacity toner cartridge when I bought the printer because the installed cartridges never last long. I replaced the toner with this new cartridge and the printer told me it was empty. I didn't believe it and continued using it, but sure enough, the pages started coming out faded within days. This thing was empty on arrival, and now it's too late to get my money back. Very bad deal!
JUNK. 2 out of the 3 i ordered the machine would not recognize or use Must be copycats because 2 out of 3 don't work. Now I cant return. Ok then into trash and I will just get them from the local store.
basically plug and "play!" Wifi is a huge plus so everybody in the house can use it. The price is right for projected output (3000 v 1200 pgs). This cartridge could last a year or more.
