They were extremely helpful with all aspects of my refinancing process, in every step along the way. I would definitely reccomend them to everyone looking for simplicity and refinancing again with them whenever the market has a good percentage drop and closing costs are paid by their company (not myself). :-)

Our loan officer Thomas Lavallee (Tom) was definitely one of the best people we've worked with. He always went above and beyond from start to finish. We felt very confident as first time homebuyers going with Tom. He was always available to answer to calls, respond to emails, messages etc. Overall a fantastic experience with Tom and his team. We have refinanced with Tom twice now and both times it's an awesome experience!

We had a very quick closing timeline (around 23 days) and lots of changes during the process. Despite that, Tom and his team made the process smooth for us, got us to close on time, and were extremely helpful in answering our questions and concerns along the way. With it being our first time buying a home, we had lots of questions, but Tom was always available and willing to help us. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough!
