Tom and his team are always available and willing to help and I have built a trusting relationship with Tom. Even though Tom was unable to provide his services, he was able to guide and coach me. I am very thankful to have his guidance and appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure I had the most up to date and timely information so that I could make appropriate arrangements with other lenders. He didn't have to do that but he did and I am very thankful!

The loan process was super easy. First few days i was able to upload all the required documents. Loan was approved in 3 weeks which was super fast and the home closed on date. Super friendly team to help u along the way. Tom is the best
