Tom was fantastic throughout the process. His advice saved me a bundle by locking in a rate immediately, since he anticipated rates would climb quickly. I purchased a home "remotely" but Tom kept in touch and nothing was left to chance. All docs were completed in a timely fashion and no surprises at closing. Knows exactly what he's talking about, has well researched and experienced advice, and checks in with you throughout the process. We were so over our heads buying our house but Tom walked us through the mortgage process and gave us tips on the rest of the purchase. Recommend to us from a friend and I would recommend Tom and his team (who are also fantastic) to anyone.
