We worked with Tom on a recommendation from another client of his and we're so glad we listened. Tom was incredibly friendly and amiable and was always there to answer any of our (many!) questions. Tom gets back to you very quickly with any questions that arise during the process and checks in consistently to see how things are going. With rising interest rates, every day was a new "ceiling" for us in terms of what we could afford. Tom understood this and kept us up to date daily. I cannot recommend working with Tom more.

Tom and his team are always available and willing to help and I have built a trusting relationship with Tom. Even though Tom was unable to provide his services, he was able to guide and coach me. I am very thankful to have his guidance and appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure I had the most up to date and timely information so that I could make appropriate arrangements with other lenders.
