I have worked with Tom for home purchases as well as ReFi. Tom knows the mortgage business inside out. I have known him since he started out as an Independent Banker before joining Rate. His business has grown, but his level of service & engagement stayed undiminished. If you want some, who will leave the fluff out and get straight to the point, then he is your man. Tom and his team were the absolute best choice for my girlfriend and I when making our first home purchase. They were extremely communicative and always reached out first even if I didn’t have any questions myself to ensure that I had the most fluid closing process.
