Tom was fantastic throughout the process. His advice saved me a bundle by locking in a rate immediately, since he anticipated rates would climb quickly. Knows exactly what he's talking about, has well researched and experienced advice, and checks in with you throughout the process. We were so over our heads buying our house but Tom walked us through the mortgage process and gave us tips on the rest of the purchase.
