Tom is dedicated. He's efficient and knowledgeable. Real estate can be scary and Tom takes away all worries. Tom helped me with my first home loan and every refinance after my purchase. We have worked with Tom for 30 years when purchasing our first home and refinancing. When it came time for us to downsize, there was no one else we considered to assist us with our new home purchase. Tom immediately provided us a pre-qualifying letter so we were prepared to place a bid on any home we were interested in.
