Tom and His Crew work promptly to get the refinance process complete. From start to finish, it only took 2 weeks. They stay on top of it and communicate every step of the way. I didn't even have to leave my home for the closing, which was very convenient. A Great Group of People to work with.

Tom & his team provide the best customer service hands down. He is always available to answer questions or explain something to you. This was the easiest & most streamlined refinance experience ever! The complete opposite of the lengthy & very complicated experience I had previously. The best part is that Guaranteed Rate absorbs the closing costs so its a no-brainer. I was referred by a work colleague and didn't hesitate to refer him to another work friend.
