Tom was very knowledgable on all aspects of our refinancing. He was directly available to answer questions or make clarifications via text, email, or phone at any time of day or night. His efforts in closing the loan and walking us through each step was much appreciated. I have and will continue to recommend Tom to our family and friends.

Tom and his team are always available and willing to help and I have built a trusting relationship with Tom. Even though Tom was unable to provide his services, he was able to guide and coach me. I am very thankful to have his guidance and appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure I had the most up to date and timely information so that I could make appropriate arrangements with other lenders.
