I have worked with Tom for about 15 years on at least 8 different mortgages. Tom offers no cost refinancing and will proactively reach out when rates drop below your existing levels. His team is well organized and highly professional. The process (paperwork, etc) has been streamlined through electronic systems to make getting a mortgage as painless as possible. I highly recommend Tom and his team.

Buying a house can be stressful, but Tom and his staff were quick and thorough and helped us through the process. It took us a really long time to find a home in this crazy market, but Tom was always available, even returning emails and calls late at night and on weekends.

We had no prior connection to Tom before we used him for our mortgage needs. Purchasing and moving during COVID was stressful enough, but Tom and his staff made the process for applying and getting approved for a mortgage as painless as it can be. The fee schedule was fully explained and transparent. He took the time to answer all of out "what if questions" as it related to our personal situation.
