I've used Tom for 2 refis and have referred him to others. His team is fantastic. They're efficient; they communicate very well and you always know what the status of things are. They're not afraid to answer questions and they move quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Tom was very easy to work with. Both Tom and his team moved the process along quickly and stress free! We were able to get into the house we wanted without any issues. Tom is 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and ensuring that the whole process is as easy as possible for his clients. He has an excellent team working with/for him who also are dedicated to making sure his clients are comfortable with the process.
