Working with Tom and his team is a most pleasant process, for mortgages. We went with him for an initial mortgage years ago, and recently for a refinance. His team walked us through the whole process and made our lives easy. No question was too big or too small and he returned our calls after hours, when necessary. We've referred him to our friends. We worked with Tom on a recommendation from another client of his and we're so glad we listened. Tom was incredibly friendly and amiable and was always there to answer any of our (many!) questions. Tom gets back to you very quickly with any questions that arise during the process and checks in consistently to see how things are going. With rising interest rates, every day was a new "ceiling" for us in terms of what we could afford. Tom understood this and kept us up to date daily. I cannot recommend working with Tom more.
