Went to Tom for a refinance of my current residence to purchase a second residence. My current residence needed to be refinanced on a short time period to close on the second residence. Tom handled the refinance with the utmost urgency and we accomplished the refinance within 3 weeks. By doing this this we were able to close on the second residence with no problems.

If you need to purchase or refinance a home, I highly recommend Tom Lavallee at Guaranteed Rate. He's the best. We refi-d in October at a lower rate, and then Tom reached out in January to advise the rates had dropped even lower and we could save more money by refinancing again. No cost to refi either.
