I have worked with Tom for about 15 years on at least 8 different mortgages. Tom offers no cost refinancing and will proactively reach out when rates drop below your existing levels. His team is well organized and highly professional. The process (paperwork, etc) has been streamlined through electronic systems to make getting a mortgage as painless as possible.
