My loan officer Tom Lavallee was proactive about communicating with me throughout the entire process. He was great about using electronic mediums to quickly send and receive documents. Easy refinance process. Everything went perfectly and as planned. Closing was at my house at my own convenience, and I was updated with the status of the loan process during the entire time.
