Tom is great to do business with and always puts his clients needs first. He is always very responsive and cares about his clients a lot. Started working with Tom in 2007, when I was purchasing my first home. Since 2017, I've used Tom multiple times for purchases and refinances. He always follows up with his clients to make sure that all the questions are answered and that the client gets the best rate available. The whole process is very quick. I recommended Tom to all my friends and they all had the same experience.

Tom and his team did a great job on my refi. Don't make the mistake of dealing with your bank. I had to fire Chase after they continually delayed my closing. Tom took over and got it done as quickly as expected. Communication is key to anything and his team kept me informed throughout the entire process. Plus I ended up getting a better rate!!!!

Tom, is always kind in helping and do close follow ups to make sure I understand the process correctly. He is very patient to explain everything and very transparent. I did my two refinances closing with Tom. He and his staff is excellent!!!

Refinanced my home twice with Tom. He is perfectionist and will finish the process exactly as promised. Though I refinanced my mortgage with him few months back, he himself called and notified me that the rates dropped again and closed my loan again with the best available rate. No other lender would offer that or even have conversation to lower the rate. His team responds to emails very fast and even at this peak period, they closed my loan on the date promised.
