We have used Guaranteed Rate a number of times in the past because of Tom Lavallee and his crew. They are efficient, helpful and easy to work with. They respond immediately to questions with helpful answers and always seem to have our best interest in mind. Wouldn't work with anyone else!

I did refinancing two times in this year with Tom and throughout my mortgage process on both the time, he was very transparent and able to accommodate all my needs without even a single word of hesitation.
