Tom and his team where very professional and proficient in getting their work done. However, the big differentiator was there professionalism and tenacity when going above and beyond their piece. They were consistently making sure that I understood what was needed on my end. They were agile when I ran into problems on my end, and helped me quickly complete my tasks.
