Tom was very responsive throughout process and helped navigate the process from start to finish. Tom and his team made the refinance it as easy as possible.
Refinanced my home twice with Tom. He is perfectionist and will finish the process exactly as promised. Though I refinanced my mortgage with him few months back, he himself called and notified me that the rates dropped again and closed my loan again with the best available rate. No other lender would offer that or even have conversation to lower the rate. His team responds to emails very fast and even at this peak period, they closed my loan on the date promised.
