This is the second time i am doing refinancing with Tom and his team from rate.com. The process was so smooth that the first time. I have recommended to many of my friends and I will always go him for any future refinances.

We have refi'd and bought multiple properties with Tom over the years. He has had all the same people on his Team for many years. They work well together. I'm not 100% sure, but it was 2-3 weeks from the time we contacted Tom until closing. Zero costs to us- they even refund the application fee as promised.

We had a great experience. Good communication and team. Went smoothly. We were very happy with how easy we could get ahold of everyone. We were happy with the whole experience.
We were in a time crunch trying to get our loan approved and closed just prior to our daughter's start a new school. We had little margin for error. Tom's team was able to help us clear all the hurdles to get the loan completed in time for the closing on our new home. We were very happy!
Tom was very helpful and courteous through out the process and answered all my questions patiently. He was available throughout the process, especially during evening hours which was very convenient to close my mortgage refinance faster.
Tom is very good at following up on things once you start the lending process, he would answer any questions and is available anytime. Guarantee ratehas very great rates and works really fast in completitthe entire process. I would also like to highlight the ease of online application which made me very comfortable.
