Tom and his team were the agents for when I purchased and for a previous refi as well. Each time they were all fantastic, especially now when the world is upside down. They got me everything I needed and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Everyone on his team got back to me right away if I had questions. This is the third time I've worked them and it was great each time.
I don't even think about anybody else when it comes to mortgage. Nobody can beat his rate and the quality of work. He has now refinanced my condo 8 times and got me down to extremely low rates better than anybody I know in my circle.
I've worked with Tom several times to refinance our home. Tom is extremely responsive and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. His account team is also excellent and they respond quickly and answers all questions.
