I have refinanced my mortgage with Tom several times in the past, and he continues to excel as a mortgage broker. His no closing cost refi's are easy to do, and Tom and his team literally take care of everything in a timely manner. Tom is a friendly, professional and very experienced mortgage lender! His team is made up of very efficient and competent people who are there to answer any questions you might have. Surprisingly, I was able to do my closing in the comfort of my own home at a time that worked for me.

My loan officer Tom Lavallee was proactive about communicating with me throughout the entire process. He was great about using electronic mediums to quickly send and receive documents. Easy refinance process. Everything went perfectly and as planned. Closing was at my house at my own convenience, and I was updated with the status of the loan process during the entire time. I’d recommend Tom and his team at Guaranteed Rate to anyone!

Tom’s team was readily available to outline our options, explain the expected processes, and provide status at every step. We have refinanced 8 times with Tom and his company. His staff does a great job of putting together the paperwork, appraisals, and closing work. Refinancing has been very easy. I would definately recommend Tom as your man.
