I felt the Toms team is very easy to reach and work with them. With my previous mortgage broker, I need to call many times and some times I felt that it is hard to reach them. With Tom and the team, the mortgage rates are better and process is straight forward. We need people like them in the financial industry.

I got three quotes to refinance and Tom's quote was the best. Once the process started it was a very smooth and efficient process. At the closing the closing officer even complemented Tom and his team. Tom was a referral to me and I have already referred him to others.
