It took extremely long and communication was terrible in getting my parts. Website description was misleading it said “easy installation“ and also said “professional install” so it was very misleading. ACS Composite who is a competitor sends the same product quicker and includes templates and instructions. Corvette mods did not send any of those supporting items. I will use ACS Composite For the rest of my Corvette needs!
Worst service out of 5 different websites. Rude representatives, slow processing and zero credibility.
Buyer beware.............they do not like returns and their policies regarding same are very prove that. Read them before you buy. Frankly I would strongly recommend you buy somewhere else.
I've ordered a few items from this place, all is good until you try to cancel, it won't happen. To return the item costs a 25% restocking fee. Go elsewhere and buy the same item cheaper. Search on other review sites and you'll see these guys are crooks.
Be very careful when ordering from this site. Pictures and description are not accurate to what you can receive. Ordered a shift boot from them based on the picture and description claiming no assembly required and their pictures showing 3 different products. One was the entire boot with a ring and bracket included, 2 others were the boot installed in the car. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, nothing. Tried to overcharge for freight AFTER taking payment for a lesser amount quoted, would not respond to emails, shop elsewhere
This is absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had with a business and I will NEVER do business with them again!!! DO NOT BUY from CORVETTE MODS! I purchased wheel spacers that were to be hub centric for my corvette. Hubs were machined incorrectly and too small to work. Tried to return but no response. Eventually I had credit card hold payment and investigate. In the process still could not get any calls back. Very disappointed on how long it takes for orders to arrive. I had sold my Corvette C5 and forgot that I even ordered color matching pillars that arrived almost 3 months after ordering. I emailed and got no response in return. Don’t order from Corvette Mods.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Purchased side exhaust for my 69 at the cost of approx $ 4500.00 They make three different types so when I called CM to verify the numbers on the parts were the ones I ordered, all I got from the rep was I’ll get back to you. After the third day and being on hold for at least 20 minutes each time I had to threaten to cancel my card if someone does not confirm the part number is correct.
