Ordered a Air bridge emblem like what's shown on site ,they sent a cheap decal!They charged like $ 48.00 .What a scam ,still waiting for a air filter they say won't be sent for 3months.Gave them 1 star to see if I get my 48 back but NOT threw that decal in the trash!
Really bad customer service. Hope you never have a problem with your orders. Per Order # AB-434005, I order multiple parts including an LED Upgrade kit my 1988 Corvette. Although I ordered LEDs for both front and rear side markers, I only received 2 of the 4 needed and no Invoice supplied in the shipping box. I contacted customer service regarding the missing LEDs. Make sure you know what part you need before you order from Corvette Mods. I ordered a headlight motor for my C5. After I questioned whether my car needed a certain motor, the salesperson interrupted me to tell me what part I needed. I ordered it. It did not fit. After asking several times if Corvette Mods would pay for return shipping, I received a response that, even with a picture provided, they did not see how the part was different from my original part. I ordered a halengon set of headlights for my 1988 corvette and they don't fit the buckets can't return them because I altered one. Made in China.
Ordered set of Comp Cams lifters which on the website said available. After weeks pass I inquire about order and they say they will check with manufacturer. After another week I check back and they say discontinued and will issue a refund. Available means “ we may or may not be able to get it”. Most reputable suppliers say they can probably get it within so many days. Rey misleading and a lot of wasted time waiting.
The few items I've ordered have been overpriced, and customer service rude. For instance, my wife ordered 2 C-5 patches for my birthday. When I saw that they were $20 ea, I began procedures to cancel the order. Later in the process, I asked...I ASKED if they could put the two light items in a brown envelope instead of charging $10 for "standard shipping." The answer: You can come here and pick them up for free! I am now a FORMER customer.
Terrible customer service. Read the reviews across the Corvette Forums and other websites. This site is awful about caring about their customers. I ordered a set of headlights which they shipped FedEx. I never received it despite the tracking number saying delivered. Corvette Mods customer service said call FedEx they can do nothing. FedEx asks shippers to file report as there is specific account information needed. Corvette Mods refuses to call FedEx to help.
