I am still fighting them myself and plan on filling criminal charges against them. They shipped me a $250 part and refused to send me a tracking number. I called them and emailed them and no response. They kept saying I had to leave a voice message and somebody will call me back. YOU MUST READ! UNBELIEVABLE! Item did not come, so I called them and they said it is backordered and will arrive in three months. I waited three months and it never arrived. I called customer service and they cannot provide tracking information, so I had to leave a voice message, but nobody responded. I sent an email and nobody responded. I got my hydrocarbon side skirt parts with no instruction from the company and no response from the customer service department.
Customer service was not what Id expect. You cant get through by phone, they don't return calls and once the chat rep finds out you want to return something they disconnect.
Purchased a carbon fiber front lip for my C6 and it was way too small, they argued that it was the right part and that I tried to mount it they would not accept my return so I had to eat $350- I ordered one from c7 carbon and it fit beautifully and made 100x better

Terrible customer service, confusing transaction. The service representative had trouble with spelling and grammar so it was really hard to figure out what they were trying to say. They kept quoting the wrong shipping address and I corrected them many times, but they continued to quote the wrong address. So I asked for a refund and they told me I was trying to fraud them. What? I did mange to retrieve the item from FedEx, due to me having an account(they called me). Item was destroyed in shipping due to inadequate packaging.... read more
