Bought seat covers for my.99. Descriptions tells you how easy they are to “slip on and off”. What a lie. They are impossible to install without removing the seats. No instructions came with the order. When I asked for some they sent me something completely useless. I was forced to bring the covets to my mechanic that required almost 2 hours of his time to install. I will never buy anything from this company again!! Terrible customer service.

i order over 1000$ worth of merchandise. my painted fender extensions came with cracked paint, a defect by NO fault of mine, or the shipping. The company REFUSES TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING!! They sent me a bad part and I have to pay for their mistake! They will no longer answer my calls or email. The BBB cant even get a response from them.

I spent $145 dollars and when I received my two products one obviously wasn’t right, so I sent it back and the other one after trying to install would not fit. Basically I paid $40 in shipping wasted $15 dollars on an item that doesn’t fit but since I tried to install it i can’t return it. And the item I sent back they are charging me a $30 restocking fee. I ordered a part and then called within 2 hours to cancel using the phone number to ensure that I got the order canceled. unfortunately I thought they would do as asked and did not get his name. He said he would take care of it and that if for some reason it shipped I could send in back for either a store credit or refund minus the charge for return. Ordered a Z06 Emblem for my 19 Z06 and paid the exorbitant shipping fee of $8 for an emblem on 8/22/20 and it is now 9/1/2020 and it is still in the shipping state of Texas. Will dispute the charge on this purchase as my reasonable expectations were not met.

I ordered some side bike covers for my Corvette and after several weeks waiting for them a shipping company reached out to me asking for additional money. I said I no longer one of them and expected a full refund. I noticed on my PayPal account I only got a partial refund and opened up a dispute. Corvette mods claim that there is a restocking fee. In my case that was $82 for not agreeing to pay for an item that I believe was free shipping. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and left several negative reviews for this ... read more
