Listen I just bought a c5 corvette a month ago and was eager to upgrade it well i saw a carbon fiber bezel i had to have it so I placed the $649 30 days later still no bezel ive called several times they can never give me a completion date and some foreign guy always reads off a script Im pissed! If Id known before I paid my fucking money that it would take this long to paint a bezel i would never have ordered it Ive been sitting on a brand new stereo system waiting to be installed because of this stupid bezel if it wasnt go... read more

Ordered a 2005 z51 c6 replacement radiator with oil coolers on the 1st of the month. My order was processing for a whole week before being shipped. Then when it finally did ship it took longer than the tracking number stated. Then when I finally get the radiator it’s the wrong fucking one! The one without the oil cooler even though I ordered it. When I try and call customer service I’m instantly disconnected. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never order from corvette mods again.

IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING GOOD LUCK GETTING A REPLACEMENT FOR IT......Sent an item back for replacement on 4/6/20 they received it on 4/8/20... i have sent multiple emails and heard nothing back! called yesterday and finally got someone who said we don show it being received... send us a copy of the UPS tracking sheet. Sent it yesterday at 12:17pm and called today finally got someone who said we dont have the email in out inbox? i see it in my outbox and it was received by them!! I would never buy another thing from these folks, terrible customer service and product descriptions are horrible and do not try to return a product they simply frustrate the customer until you give up. I just dont understand how they can still be in business??? 1 star is being very kind..

The item I purchased from you for my T-Tops was a waster of money, I just threw it away. It was designed to put my T-Tops into for protection, this is a bad product and a waste of my $92! Glen Lowery

I ordered a sport seat form replacement of a 1997-2004 corvette but cannot get thru to the main office by phone and was directed to use their e-mail address. after several attempts I have not had any response. I paid in advance.

Every time I order I wait forever to get my parts and can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. It's been 8 days and not a word. I've left messages and sent emails. This is the 3rd time I've ordered and EVERY time has been the same. I've had 19 Vettes so I'm no stranger to ordering parts. Going to go back to Mid America or Ecklers. May pay a bit more but at least I get the parts and I can get someone to communicate with me with respect to my order.

I have ordered the same door adjar switch for my c4 repeatedly. I have ordered them in September, October and December and once again in May twice. The part breaks at the same part each time. When I tell the advisor taking my order of my issues they just brush it off and remind you they are hard to find. There is another company that sells them for like ten dollars more.. when I spoke with customer service this time he transferred me to customer service/ return who was like yes we can’t do anything but you can send us pictur... read more

I ordered 5 items. The tracking info given to me did not specify what was being shipped. when I received 3 packages with 4 of the 5 items, I attempted multiple call and emails. When they finally got back to me they act like I am hustling them for a 30$ turn signal. The customer service is awful. The call center is over seas and have no information at all. I will never order from them again. and will not deal with the customer service. Ill give my 30$ to anyone else.
