Will never buy from again. I ordered a c5 front nose emblem and a few days later they had sent me a request for 39.99 dollars more. I called and they said since the new generation has came out the price went up for the trunk lid emblem. I told them I wanted the front nose one and they apologized. A week and a half later I recieved the trunk lid emblem. Will never buy from again. Such a shame they are close to where I live.
I ordered a T-shirt and a ball cap, the shirt was delivered only. With no explaination of why the hat wasn't shipped. I have sent emails, called and now I am being asked to send photos of the box that it was shipped in and of the shirt. The customer service is terrible, I asked for a manager and they said they are not availble by phone. So their custumer service is farmed out overseas...I wan't the hat or a refund for the hat. It's been a month already.
Placed an order and have not been able to contact anyone regarding it. Made a call and sent 3 emails to sales dept and no response from anyone. It's been 2 weeks since order was placed.
Avoid like the plague - Defective products and lousy customer service - The product I received was defective from day 1 - No attempt to offer refund for defective product

do not even think about throwing your money away with this company.........I have never had a worse experience trying to purchase an item. quick to charge my card and then nothing...all they will do is say order is processing...but it never ships.... total rip off.
Absolutely horrible service. It took a week to process my order. Customer service took 30 to find my order. No tracking or shipment information was provided. I had to talk to several people to get cancel an order. I’m not sure these GREAT reviews are legit. Company might have wrote them. I will be ordering C5 parts elsewhere!!!!!!
Ordered touch up paint and they sent a bottle of blue paint for a 1982 corvette collector edition. I needed and it was stated on the receipt silver beige metallic. Called returns and they gave me the run a round and I had to go to a different site and fill out a return form and send pictures and they will get back to me. Asked them to have a manager call me. Never received the call back. All you talk to is an answering service. Finally got approval for the return but they did not send a prepaid shipping label. DONT OR... read more
