The customer service department is the worst that I ever dealt with, there is only an E-Mail address by which to communicate.You will never reach a live person, they always give you the same answer ( I will give you the service department E-Mail address)Also, if you buy the wrong part,the return shipping is on you...I was told return shipping is not there problem
One of the worst places to purchase from what a nightmare. My refund 1 month later fighting with them. Contacting BBB on them. Partial payment back. They suck!
I hate to leave a review on the company but I have asked how to leave a review on a specific item (8345-1009) and support never responded back. But these C3 Tail lights were put on a car mostly garage kept and didn't even make it a year and a half before the ring came unglued and fell off while driving. I expected it to last longer for $200+. I'll need to start looking for a different place to order from and hope I have better luck with parts.
Terrible delivery. ordered a small dash clock on august 4 and still not received as of the 12th. I guess the Paid $10 shipping fee was for a slow boat in China. . In fact, they did not ship out until the 6th. Called and got some guy that was half asleep and could not tell me what was the delay. Should have gone with Echlers or Amazon. Never again.
we ordered a automatic shifter assembly kit for our 2000 chevy corvette and have not received it yet and we ordered it on jul 19, 2019 and paid for it too.
My Review; There is a problem with sales, & Customer Care. They will both, call you a LIAR (CHARLES & CUSTOMER CARE TEAM) They said that I purchased an ELECTRIC CLOCK, when I purchased a QUARTZ CLOCK. I paid $169.00 for it.. CHARLES & THE CUSTOMER CARE GROUP SAY THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Well, all you have to do is look @ the ordering copy.. $79.00 for an Electric Clock.. $169.00 for a Quartz Clock.. Ordered a part that "was in stock." My debit card was charged immediately. A week later i still don't have my order. I call and email to cancel my order. I am told it is cancelled. I wait for my refund, it never happens. I contact cust svc and they say they might not be able to cancel my order as it may be in process. I contact the Ft. Worth BBB and TX attorney general and what do you know, Corvette Mods claims they processed my refund July 1, 2019 and the order was cancelled. Terrible experience....mistake all the way around
Worst Customer service ever. Ordered 4 parts on June 9th. Could not get any real time status through Customer service, just that I would get an email within 24 hrs of the call. Its is now Jul 23rd, I did get 2 of the 4 parts today but they are damaged. Call for status on the 2 missing parts, no status and I should get an email with 24 hrs with status, I am trapped with no to talk too about these problems. Customer service is worthless. I will NEVER order from Corvette Mods again
