Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a car cover a year ago. After weeks of waiting (after my credit card was charged) I tried to cancel order. I tried to get someone on the phone for a week to no avail. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. They re-billed my account a month later. I still have no resolution and have been out over $100 dollars for a year.
I ordered HID headlights and fog lamps from this company . They came in a box with little packing and some bulbs had no protection. My installer refused to install in that condition. I returned all the items and they said a refund would be issued. No refund on almost $400 worth of parts after many calls they said a refund could take up to a year, It’s been almost a year now, This company is a total rip off, sending cheap Chinese parts, then refusing refunds. Recently I purchased LS2 carbon fibre fuel rail covers. The quality was not very good......rough finish....not shiny like most carbon fibre products I have seen. Also, the day after I ordered them an email came giving 15% off all carbon fibre products. The company would not offer the same 15% discount to me f......only one day after I ordered. They told me they would charge 25% cancellation fee to reorder with a 15% discount.....figure that one out. So much for price match guarantee. Not impressed!
The worst experience ever! The carbon fiber was week and my spoiler came in broken. Emaild them they never got back to me. Called the manager and he said you will just have to wait????? Not the answer for good repeat business!!! Also they sent the wrong part! Never will use them again! There are much better quality company's with better prices!!!
Customer service if you have an issue for return or didn’t get all of what you ordered is only email. I received only half of what I ordered and 1 wk later I still have not gotten an email that even acknowledges I am missing part of my order. I will never order from them again. Very dissatisfied.
Placed my first order with Corvette Mods. Everything was fine. Decided to order Headlight film for my C7. One came damaged. Not packaged well at all. Just in padded envelope. Contacted Corvette Mods and sent pics, figuring they would make it right. They told me the best they could do was send me one at 1/2 price + shipping. Unacceptable!!!!!! Their website says they are there to help. Could not prove it by me. I will never order anything more from them as I feel they did not try to hard to make things right. :-( :-(

Ordered a rack and pinion unit and never received it. They provided a tracking number that was tied to a small 1 lb package to a different address. I was not able to get a refund for the $589.00. Run away from this little drop ship business, not honest people!
