Terrible service! I ordered 3 Items and only two showed up in package with the 3 items listed on slip. Told corvette mods that the 3rd item did not show up in package. They acted like I was not telling the truth and said the best they would do would charge me half for a reorder of the item! No refund and no Item! Never order from this company again! I will take my business elsewhere!
Order was on time BUT the product was too large & overlapped the original (wrong one sent), the overlap would not stick to the surrounding material. I tried to remove & 3/4's of the original came off with it. Looked to Corvette Mods for support, comments or recommending something. NOTHING because it was past the 30 days. This is an inexpensive item to with, if that's the case & how they handle customers, I'm done with Corvette Mods!!
Very disappointed in the way decals were packaged, improper fit to the car, a lot of trimming was required, buy from GM
Purchased a Radiator through corvette Mods. Took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive it. When I received it. It was the absolute complete wrong item. Took about two weeks for them to respond when they denied the return. $300 down the drain. If you want to talk to customer service they send you to a third party company from india which is useless. Worst experience I’ve seen when it comes to automotive websites. My request to return the item has been denied. This company is a fraud.
I ordered a Corvette C5 folding chair. If the shipping information that I have had to ask twice for is correct, it will have taken 3 weeks and 4 days to arrive. There is no warning when you order that it will take close to a month to arrive. The customer service person is hard to understand and unhelpful. I have had to contact them twice to get shipping updates. I hope when this chair finally arrives it is great quality because the customer service definitely is not!
deffinatly the worst company i have ever ordered parts from in my life. ordered $1900 worth of parts and did not recieve $550 in parts that i have already paid for and recieved one part that was wrong. been trying for 2 months to get this issue resolved and so far have had no luck!!! will never buy from corvette mods again!!! give them absolutly no stars!!!
Horrible deliveries and customer service
how they have a 4.8 star review is mine blowing, I own 5 corvettes and have modes on all of them. Every time I do business, parts get lost, back order, they never call back. Their are plenty of parts place's to buy Corvette parts, and Corvette mods will be a last resort.
Here goes. I ordered a wind deflector for almost 500 dollars with the crossed flag etching for my CONVERTIBLE corvette. It came in and it was for a CONVERTIBLE but the etching was incorrect. So, I returned it. A couple of weeks later my new one came in and it had the correct etching on it but it was for a COUPE, not CONVERTIBLE. So, I once again wrote them and the complete idiot that I had to deal with told me that I had to pay more for the CONVERTIBLE one. or I had to just keep the one for the COUPE.
