Absolutely fantastic customer service! I presented with an unusual situation and Total Home Decor (Aaron) stepped up to the plate to assist me. The kit came with no videos programmed on the memory stick. After a quick phone call and email, I was able to get the issue resolved. The customer service was fast and courteous.
