Unit did not recognize the supplied USB and was also unreadable in my computer. After contacting Aaron at Total home Decor, I supplied him with my Proof of Purchase and he gave me a download link for the videos. I used a USB of my own but was not sure what format to use so decided on ExFat (which should be readable with Mac or Windows). That did not work! My usb file somehow got corrupted and I needed to replace the files. The directions on obtaining new files was provided and worked great.
It was great! I had lost the Christmas files from my USB. Aaron helped me get them reloaded

The projector is great! When I inserted the USB there was only Halloween videos. I emailed customer service and within 12 hours received a response and was able to download the others! Very happy with the item and beyond impressed with the service!
